Job Responsibilities

We are foreign company working on construction field looking for Construction Manager - Architecture engineer background has a talent and a passion to join our team immediately:

1. Experience at less 15 years in Gulf Countries.
2. Excellent English Speaking as well as Arabic language.
3. Supervising the construction of residential buildings.
4. Oversww all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
5. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
6. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
7. Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
9. Follow up the installation progress.
10. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure working environment.
11. Location: Riyadh.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture engineering.
2. Iqama valid and transferable.
3. Valid driver license.
4. SCE registration is mandatory.
