Job Responsibilities

Maintain the whole office cleanliness on daily basis.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
Making and serve tea and coffee to quests, managers and staffs
Prepare stationary for all department
Setting up the meeting rooms whenever requested
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees
Delivering documents as per the management and departments required
Laminating and binding documents as per requested
Helping the receptionist, secretaries or other administrative assistants in performing their duties
Abide by the management standards and vision to maintain high levels of work confidentiality.

Requirements
Female, Minimum five years experience as a office girl in a reputed company.
Should be able to communicate in English at all the levels (Top Management).

Salary 3,000 - 4,200 (AED), ticket and medical for self.
